The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The hotel offered a free shuttle bus to and from the airport which was a big help.

The staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly, and didn't seem to care about providing good service to their guests. The food in the hotel restaurant was overpriced and not very good quality.
